The Environment

As the environment affect all that live in Pevensey Bay and the majority of Coastal resorts, then perhaps some joined up thinking is need across all levels of government and departments

Rising sea levels and erratic weather patterns could devastate Pevensey Bay, however trying to reduce environmental impact if almost impossible due to the following reasons

1) Planning and Building is a complete environmental mess, with rules and policies working against anything that would benefit the environment see Confusion

2) Second home owners, who are not bothered about energy use and contribute very little to the local economy as most are probably rated as commercial rather than domestic and pay a lower council tax.
