Pevensey Bay - Beachlands

Most the the bungalows were the work of Designer/Architect: Martin & Saunders Ltd, and built between1937–1939.

And proposals to make it up under the Private Street Works Act 1892: correspondence with the Pevensey Bay Ratepayers Association and others, press cuttings, layout plans of bungalows at Beachlands Estate, undertakings of owners to surrender land for road widening if required.
